CCA10% Copper Clad Aluminium

Properties: CCA combines the advantages of Aluminium and Copper. Low density allows weight reduction, elevated conductivity and tensile strength compared to Aluminium, good weldability and solderability, recommended for diameter 0.080mm and above

Application: Loudspeaker, headphone and earphone, HDD, induction heating with the need of good termination

 

CCA15% Copper Clad Aluminium

Properties: CCA combines the advantages of Aluminium and Copper. Lower density allows weight reduction, elevated conductivity and tensile strength compared to Aluminium, good weldability and solderability, recommended for very fine sizes down to 0.020mm

Application: Loudspeaker, headphone and earphone, HDD, induction heating with the need of good termination, HF litz wire

 

HTCCA15% High Tension CCA

Properties: High Tension CCA combines high tensile strength, high conductivity and low density. Low density allows weight reduction, higher tensile strength than standard Aluminium. Due to the high-grade aluminium core improved tensile strength compared to standard CCA, good weldability and solderability

Application: Consumer electronics, high  quality loudspeaker, headphone and earphone

 

Resistance Conductors

CuNi44 Constantan

Properties: Excellent tensile strength, high elongation, very high flex life. Very low conductivity allows very high electrical resistance, very low temperature coefficient of electrical resistance, good corrosion resistivity

Application: Precision and measuring resistor, HF litz wire, heating elements, rheostats, resistance wire

 

CuSn6 Bronze

Properties: Very high tensile strength, very high elongation, outstanding flex life. Very low conductivity allows very high electrical resistance, good corrosion resistivity,  good weldability and solderability

CuZn30 (Ms70) Brass

Properties: Very high tensile strength, high elongation, very high flex life. Low conductivity allows high electrical resistance, good corrosion resistivity, good weldability and solderability

Plated Conductors

Cu

Properties: The recommended silver thickness depends on the requested diameter, very high conductivity, high tensile strength, high elongation, high corrosion resistivity, bright and shiny surface, good weldability and solderability. Ultrafine wires require higher % of plating, while heavier wires can use more economical lower %

Nickel Ni99.6

Properties: Very high tensile strength and high elongation. Magnetic up to 350°C, high corrosion resistivity
